Stylistically, Sauvignon Blanc can vary depending on a winemaker's whim, from green and grassy, austere and stony, to fruity and plush. Bogle winemakers have selected highlights from many different styles to craft a lovely, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant on the nose with notes of lemon grass, mowed hay and a touch of jalapeno, this wine awakens the senses before the first sip. Lively, exotic flavors of passion fruit and kiwi are quenching and delightful, with a touch of softness in the mid palate. Mouthwatering gooseberry and lime finish clean and bright, and ready for another sip. Bogle's Sauvignon Blanc is a great accompaniment to a wide range of appetizers and light dishes, especially fish and shellfish, spring greens, goat cheese and fruit salsas. Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with cheese, green vegetables, oysters, and fish.
A fully sparkling wine crafted from premium Moscato Bianco, Brachetto and Malvasia grapes grown in Northern Italy. It begins with a bouquet that never ceases to surprise. Hints of citrus, sage, elder and peach build on one another and are accented with rich delicate violets and wild rose notes. The sweet and aromatic flavors linger on the tongue for a delicately delicious taste and balanced finish.
The Rosé is a gorgeous and vibrant pink color with streaks of salmon and fushia edges. Wild strawberry and watermelon aromas are interwoven with Herbs de Provence, citrus and mineral notes. These same flavors carry through to the palate where they intensify with a surprisingly broad and plush mouth feel that concludes with snappy acidity. Our goal is to create a tug-of-war of flavors between red fruit and savory notes, allowing the red fruit to just barely win out. This year Syrah dominates the blend again, but with important supporting roles of other Rhone varieties. Blend: 86% Syrah, 6% Cinsault, 4% Grenache, 2% Counoise, 2% Mourvedre
