Absolut Vodka is made exclusively from natural ingredients, and unlike other vodkas, it doesn't contain any added sugar. In fact, Absolut is as pure as vodka can be. Still, that purity has a certain taste: Rich, full-bodied and complex, yet smooth and mellow with a distinct character of grain, followed by a hint of dried fruit.
Grey Goose begins by harvesting the highest-quality soft winter wheat from the rich, fertile farmlands in and around the Picardy region in the north of France. The whole wheat is then milled to a precise grade of flour before being fermented and distilled. The high-proof spirit then travels south to Gensac where it is blended with pure spring water drawn from 500 feet beneath the limestone hills of the Grande Champagne region of Cognac.
An all-malt Scotch whisky, malted barley is dried over a peat fire for a unique full, rich flavor. Aroma and flavors are of blue peat smoke, the sweet nuttiness of the barley, the delicate heathery perfume of Islay's streams (Rich, Peat, Malt, Long)
In 1995, Tito Beveridge had the idea of building his own microdistillery incorporating the traditional copper pot distillation process used in the creation of fine single-malt scotches and high-end cognacs. He acquired the first legal permit to distill in Texas and put his life savings into it. Since then, he’s won Double Gold at the World Spirits Competition, Chairman's Trophy for World's Best Vodka Tonic, and many others. Tito’s Handmade Vodka is distilled and bottled on the same land where he started it all in Austin, Texas. It’s made from corn and is naturally Gluten-Free.
